Westpoint Capital GmbH was founded in Heidelberg in 2020 by it´s managing director Stefan Frank.

The firm employs a multi-strategy approach that mainly encompasses mainly the areas of „buy and build“ models and long-term investments in preselceted industries. Westpoint Capital may seek to take equity positions that result in gaining control of majority stake in private companies. Through our profound expertise which includes M&A, MBO/MBI, spin-offs, investigative Due-Diligence and remarkable connections to leading financial institutions, we are able to react quickly when presented with interesting opportunities.

Our culture pronounces the demands of people related to the consolidated companies such as employees, clients, shareholders and business partners. As a fast growing european investment firm it is our goal to take on a leading role in driving economic and social development.
